We would like to inform you about a critical error in the delivery of the corrections to the ZVFV forms from last week. The error is present in all versions and patch levels (i.e. 2022.2 [P2 and up] and 2023.1 [all patch levels]). We have removed the faulty package from the FTP server in the meantime.
Specifically, partial payments from interest calculated in the title are not shown. If the interest calculated in the title has not been paid or has been paid in full, this item is instructed correctly. However, if there is only a partial payment on the calculated interest, the calculated interest accrued is shown in this delivery without deducting the payment. In these cases, the statement of claim on the forms contains an amount that is too high in the field ‘(Partial/remaining) interest as calculated in the enforcement order’. The amount in dispute is also calculated from the (too high) sum. Such enforcement orders are a standard case. For example, IKAROS usually requests calculated interest even when using JDP. All forms with a statement of claims are affected. The error was not yet included in the December 2023 release. We strongly advise against the productive use of these deliveries.
