A 25-year customer relationship is something special in our fast-moving times anyway and a reason to celebrate – even more so when it involves the central software solution that supports and automates a company’s essential processes.
Such a partnership has now existed since 1998 between DVD GmbH & Co. KG, a service provider for receivables management based in Cologne, and Ferber-Software GmbH with its collection software IKAROS. IKAROS has been contributing to the growth and success of DVD for 25 years.
How closely the fortunes of both companies are linked is also shown by the fact that 1998 is also the founding year of DVD and the software partner appeared for the first time in the same year, after a change in legal form, as Ferber-Software GmbH.
The long-standing and mutually beneficial cooperation is based on the fact that IKAROS, due to its open concept, was tailor-made for the specific requirements of DVD and continuously developed further. Many new ideas, visions and innovations of both companies can be found in IKAROS. In the process, employees of both teams work hand in hand with trust and enthusiasm.
As a long-standing member of the IKAROS user advisory board, represented by Johannes Römer, Head of Strategy and Innovation, DVD shows itself to be a valuable partner in supporting Ferber-Software’s customers with product and market knowledge.
