The BRAK plans to switch off the office software interface in version v6 at the end of February 2023, which is used by the beA component required for IKAROS. Our partner procilon has now made a new version available to us, which integrates the interface in version v7.
A new version of the beA component for IKAROS is now available on our FTP server under “/kunden/maintenance/beA Component (IKAROS Electronic Legal Transaction)/“. We do not have an exact date for the shutdown of version v6. We recommend installing version v7 on the clients as soon as possible so that you can continue to send and receive beA messages from IKAROS.
The setup can be used both for a first installation and for updating an existing installation.
If you process your electronic legal transactions via the IKAROS ERV module, but not via beA (but via EGVP-Bürgerpostfach or eBO), you do not have to install this new version.
