We have received information from our partner procilon that the URL of an intermediary/OSCI manager has changed. As a result, it is no longer possible to retrieve messages for ELT accounts of type eBO or EGVP where the old URL is still entered. ELT accounts with type beA are not affected. You can check whether you are affected by the problem by checking the “URL of the OSCI manager” field in the master data of the ELT accounts under “Administration/ELT accounts”.
If the field contains the value „http://gp2.egvp.nrw.de/osci-manager-entry/externalentry“, this must be changed to the value „https://gp2n.egvp.nrw.de/osci-manager-entry/externalentry“or redetermined by clicking the “Retrieve data” button in the ELT account. It is then possible to retrieve the messages for the ELT account again.
Please note that the communication for receiving messages originates from the IKAROS application server. You may therefore need to activate the new URL (https://gp2n.egvp.nrw.de/osci-manager-entry/externalentry) in your firewall.
